U21 UNMDG Student's Guide

The student guide is an important tool created by students for students.

The active engagement and participation of students in the initiative is fundamental to its success. This second version of the U21 MDG 4 Health Student Guide was developed by the U21 UNMDG student committee to increase awareness of UNMDGs amongst the student body, provide suggestions and resources to start UNMDG activities in their schools and showcase some of the activities carried out by the U21 UNMDG Group. We hope you will find this guide of interest and look forward to your participation in our initiative.

Student guide - version 2 (2012)

The first version of the guide was produced in 2009 by students from the University of Hong Kong, Tec de Monterrey and the University of British Columbia. It includes a foreword from the founders of the initiative, as well as a presentation of the 8 goals. Most importantly, it includes testimonials from students on their experiences during UNMDG/community placements, and invite students to reflect and learn from such experiences.
